Fishing Charter Booking & Cancellation

Last updated: January 2026

Reserving your spot

Give us a date for your fishing trip and we'll hold it for seven days while you arrange travel to one of our fishing locations. No payment is taken during that window — it simply gives you time to plan the river trip or boat tour without losing your place on the calendar.

Confirming

Your place on the fishing charter is confirmed once the deposit reaches us. The remaining balance is due thirty days before departure, or immediately if you book closer to the trip date — this keeps our guides and boats scheduled properly for every outdoor travel group heading out that week.

Changing your date

You can move your booking once, free of charge, up to twenty-one days before departure, to any open date left in the same season across our fishing locations. A second change depends on whether we can fill your original spot on that guided tour with another angler.

If you cancel

If we cancel

Every one of our fishing routes needs a minimum number of anglers to run. If we can't reach that number we'll tell you twenty-one days ahead, and you choose: another date, a different route among our fishing locations, or a full refund.

Insurance and fitness

Insurance covering river or lake activity is a condition of joining any guided tour with us. Tell us about anything that affects how you move, what you eat, or your experience with fishing gear — it helps your fishing guide plan the day and choose the right fishing routes for you, never whether you're welcome on the trip.

What's included

Your fishing guide, permits, shared safety gear, and every night listed for the route are covered, along with core fishing gear — rods, reels, fishing line and hooks for trout fishing and pike fishing, plus fish finders aboard the boat. Travel to the meeting point, personal clothing and insurance are not included.
