These terms apply to this website and to every place booked on a fishing charter, guided tour or outdoor travel experience we offer. By making a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone in your party, including anyone added to the trip later.
Route descriptions, photographs and grading are ours; please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes. We list recommended fishing gear for each outing — reels, fishing line, hooks and fish finders — to help you prepare, but river levels and weather change faster than any page can, so always confirm conditions with your guide before you head out on the water.
A place on a fishing trip is confirmed only once we write back to say so in reply to your booking request. Payment terms, deposit amounts and our cancellation policy for bad weather or low water are all set out in full on the booking page.
A qualified fishing guide, the river trip as described, shared group tackle, boats, rods and the nights of lodging listed are all included in the price of your fishing charter. Personal clothing, transport to the meeting point, any personal fishing gear you'd rather bring yourself, and travel insurance are left for you to arrange before the trip begins.
Weather, water levels, river conditions or the state of the group can force a fishing guide to shorten a fishing trip, change the fishing locations planned for the day, or reroute an entire river trip. That call always rests with the guide, whose first priority is getting everyone back safely.
Outdoor travel and time on the water carry risk no operator can remove entirely. We are responsible for running every guided tour, boat tour and river trip with reasonable care and skill, using properly maintained boats, fishing gear and safety equipment. We are not responsible for loss or delay caused by weather, water levels or other conditions outside our control.
